MATERIAL: SURPLUS MILITARY TENT

I CREATED CADOLO IN 2012 WHEN MY DAUGHTER WAS BORN. CARRYING ON FROM MY GRADUATION COLLECTION FROM CENTRAL SAINT MARTINS THE MAIN FOCUS FOR MY COLLECTIONS WAS TO REUSE MATERIALS WITH A PAST LIFE. THE FISHTAIL PARKA PROVED POPULAR BOTH NATIONALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY, BUT EVENTUALLY IT BECAME TOO TIME CONSUMING AND NOT FINACIALLY VIABLE TO DO EVERYTHING MYSELF, SO I HAD TO GET A “NORMAL” JOB TO PAY MY BILLS AND RENT. THIS CONCLUDED MY FASHION ERA BUT THE BOREDOM OF “NORMAL” JOBS KEPT ME STRIVING FORWARD TOWARDS SOMETHING BETTER. IN 2018 I STARTED MY DEGREE IN ARCHITECTURE. THE SIMILARITIES WITH FASHION HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PRESENT FOR ME. MY DESIGNS ARE STRUCTURAL, FUNCTIONAL AND DURABLE.
